Incredible experience!

I am sharing my most satisfying experience with UIF – thanks to Br. Kashif Muhammad, his support was just incredible through the process without which I wouldn’t have closed my first house on time. Br. Kashif was very approachable, which was very important for me since this was my first experience in financing my primary residence and I was naïve about the whole lending process. He expertly and patiently guided me through the process enabling me to close on time. While I was facing the challenge of finding my dream home in this competitive market, I got in touch with Br. Kashif (he was highly recommended by my uncle), and from then on, he was fully committed to doing everything to make this happen. With the house being close to a million dollars, I encountered quite a few challenges around DTI, in arranging the entire down payment on time, and the documentation required from the seller. Br. Kashif was not only able to guide me very well by proactively highlighting the potential risk that could derail the timelines, but also took the extra steps in helping me mitigate them with the help of his manager and entire team – we were in close touch and could strategize on every step forward. Not only did he play a critical role in securing me the best product available, but also managed to get me the most competitive financing (better than anything I imagined), and added to that, was able to finance more than the amount planned. Being in a global customer interfacing field for more than 20 years I can vouch for his exemplary service and professionalism. I wouldn’t explore any other options for all my future financing needs as long as Br. Kashif is there for me. Indeed, he is an asset to UIF and they are my No. 1 and perhaps the only choice. We have recently refinanced our primary residence and also financed an investment property through UIF. Kashif Muhammad helped us through both the journeys. Kashif was always very prompt in responding to our questions/concerns, he even worked on our file on weekends so that nothing goes amiss in meeting our closing date. There were a few challenges (as always with any closing), but Kashif always stayed on top of things and kept us informed. Appreciate all the hard work being done by Kashif and the UIF team.

UIF has been great! I was moving to Tampa FL with a young family and wanted to be with an Islamic lender. I tried the larger lender first as my friends recommended them but they did not have good customer relations and due to a lack of rapport I never felt comfortable with them. That’s when I turned to UIF and Kashif was my loan officer who was with me through the entire process. He was knowledgeable, patient, and always available to communicate and resolve problems. He guided me through the entire process. Unfortunately, we were not so lucky with the builders and had a significant lacking in their professionalism including multiple closing date changes and an unfinished product. Through these testing times Kashif took care of all the changes in schedule and associated hassles like a pro and kept everyone on the same page and on schedule; including the underwriter, the title company, and the construction manager. He kept open lines of communication and took initiative in navigating the entire process and we ended up with a seamless closing. Thank you, Kashif! Really meant a lot. Especially when everything else was not going smoothly my closing was one less stress for me.
